Federal government employee, Tara Barrett , chairman. & onsite supervisor of a federally funded halfway house...Dismas House on Cote Brilliant. She suffers from bipolar disorder. Talk about letting the inmates run the asylum. This is a prime example of government inefficiency. Waste of tax payers dollars. Although her job requires her to aid federally released inmates acquire job placement, re-establish positive community ties and at the same time keep the public safety factor foremost on the horizon. She keeps the residents at the house as well as fellow staff members in a continuous state of uproar. One one think that in an environment of convicted felons, structured order would be a primary focus...but no she thrives on disharmony! Is this a prime example of Barack Obama's government vision?
